Are all the models shown on the website available for purchase immediately, or do I have to take into account the production time?

We try to keep all of our most popular models in stock. However, as some models may be sold out and new stock may be in transit to us at any given time. There is a 12-16 week shipping time from Europe. However, if you are interested in any given model, whether it is in stock or not, a model can be secured in your name with a 50% holding deposit for when you are ready for delivery and/or we have it in stock.

Can I get a consultation before placing an order?

We are conscious that most of our customers want to consult with us to discuss the most varied of questions that we can't even hope to cover completely on our website before deciding to purchase. Everybody’s needs are different and that’s normal! That is why we are available to discuss your questions via phone or by email at a time suitable to you. Just let us know what interests you, or you are unsure about.

What are the approximate delivery costs?

How long does delivery take approximately?

If we have the model you desire in stock, we can ensure delivery typically within 5 working days. We strive to have all popular models in stock. We also have stock being shipped to us from Europe at any given time, so even if we don't have your model in stock we can usually deliver within 12 weeks.

Delivery charges vary greatly depending on the model you are interested in and its size/weight and your location in Australia. The pack sizes are generally 4-6 metres long and weigh from 700-2000kg as we are delivering a lot of product to you :). The delivery will typically cost from $300-$1000 for a NSW delivery, or $500-$1200 for a Victorian delivery. In any case, please get in contact with us and we will get you a precise delivery quotation.

This is not anything like a shed!
